I saw a post that sparked my interest with 12 days of cocktails. Well when you are coming out of brunch season, you don't want to give up your luxury of mimosas. Especially bottomless mimosas at home. So I've created a list of a mimosa for you to try each day.
Day 1 - An Elegant Christmas Mimosa Punch
What You Need:
Ginger Ale
Pineapple Juice
Diced apples
Orange Juice
Whiskey
Champagne
Day 2 - Grinch Mimosa
What You Need:
melon liqueur
lemon-lime drink
garnish - cherry
champagne
Day 3 - Peach Bellini
What You Need:
peach juice
elderberry liqueur
champagne
Day 4 - Strawberry Basil
What You Need:
basil leaf
basil vodka
strawberries
Day 5 - Poinsettia
What You Need:
cranberry juice
orange juice
champagne
garnish - rosemary, cranberry, and/or orange
Day 6 - Apple Cider Mimosa
What You Need:
apple cider
champagne
glass rim - Caramel with cinnamon and sugar
Day 7 - Pomegranate Mimosa
What You Need:
pomegranate juice
champagne
garnish - cranberry (I added the pomegranate juice to the cranberries and froze them)
Day 8 - Drunk Jack Frosty Mimosa
What You Need:
blue curaçao
lemonade
pineapple juice

glass rim - lemon and sugar (or coconut)
Day 9 - White Cranberry Mimosa
What You Need:
white cranberry juice

garnish - cranberry and rosemary
Day 10 - Vanilla Cranberry Mimosa
What You Need:
vanilla vodka

Day 11 - Peppermint Mimosa
What You Need:
peppermint schnapps

glass rim - chocolate and crushed peppermint
Day 12 - Christmas Eve Sparkling Mimosa

pomegranate or cranberry juice
